Privacy policy

This policy describes how this internal tool accesses and handles the data obtained from the Google Ads API.

Requested OAuth scope

The tool requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It is required to access and operate the Google Ads accounts under the operator's management.

How data is accessed

Data is accessed via the Google Ads API, authenticated with OAuth 2.0 credentials of the operator's own Google account, restricted to the accounts linked to the manager account (MCC) identified in the application. No other collection method is used.

How data is used

Generating performance reports, keyword research (Keyword Planner), and creation and operational management of campaigns (bids, budget, pausing or enabling), on the operator's accounts. The data is not used for any other purpose.

How data is stored

Performance data is not persisted in a database. It is generated on demand and presented in reports. Access and refresh tokens are stored locally, in an environment controlled by the operator, with restricted permissions, and are never committed to version control.

AI assistant

To operate the tool, the operator uses a command-line interface with the help of an AI assistant. In this flow, only the data strictly necessary for the requested operation is processed by the assistant provider, under that provider's terms, which does not use the data for model training nor share it with other third parties. No other sharing occurs.

Sharing

Data is not resold, is not used for model training, and is not transferred to any third party other than the AI assistant provider described above, solely to the extent necessary to execute the operations requested by the operator.

Retention and deletion

Because performance data is not persisted, there is no long-term retention. Tokens remain until the operator revokes access. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google account permissions, under Google Account, Security, Third-party access, or by removing the credentials in Google Cloud.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use of information obtained from the Google Ads API adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for the purposes described on this page, is not transferred to third parties except to the AI assistant provider strictly as needed for the operations described or where required by law, and is not used for advertising or model training.
