Creation and adjustment operations (mutations)
In addition to reading, the console creates and adjusts campaigns on my own accounts. Every operation requires operator confirmation before it is applied.

Controls
- Human review: every mutation asks for confirmation before it is applied.
- Authorized accounts: operates only on accounts linked to the application's MCC.
- Logging: each adjustment operation is recorded.
- Accidental-change prevention: explicit confirmation, no silent batch execution.
- No third-party access: operator-only use.
