Creation and adjustment operations (mutations)

In addition to reading, the console creates and adjusts campaigns on my own accounts. Every operation requires operator confirmation before it is applied.

Controls

Human review: every mutation asks for confirmation before it is applied.
Authorized accounts: operates only on accounts linked to the application's MCC.
Logging: each adjustment operation is recorded.
Accidental-change prevention: explicit confirmation, no silent batch execution.
No third-party access: operator-only use.
